Clinical case presentation:- Rhinolith Auto-extraction A 48 year old female patient came with CT Scan report showing lesion in Maxillary, Frontal sinuses and blockage with a growth suggesting as Rhinolith by ENT specialist and advised for surgical removal. The patient didn’t want to go under surgery; so came to me for ayurvedic treatment. At that time major complains of the patient were as under: 1. Foul smell- since more than 6 months 2. Sneezing on & off 3. Rhinorrhea 4. Nasal obstuction 5. Nausea on & off 6. Pain in maxillary and frontal region Past History:- She was having history of pratishyay on and off since 10-15 years. The symptoms subsides by taking allopathic medicines.
