All these formulations have Kuchla as the key ingredient to check chal & shithil guna of prakupit vaat. That is why useful in jeeran vishma jvara, neurasthenia (स्नायु दौर्बल्य), lowered cardiac output (क्षीण व्यान वात), neuromuscular weekness (माँसावृतवात), nocturnal enuresis (शय्यामूत्र)।

Very true. Ashwagandha also acts as vasodilator, which leads to many advantages. Due to its Vasodiator property Ashwagandha is containdicated in bleeding disorders, which most of the companies in India do not mention on the products containg Ashwagandha.
