Mix कर के ले अश्वगंधा घृत के साथ। TN में mylein sheath regeneration में अश्वगंधा घृत का अच्छा action हे। TN में sheath भी damage मिलता है।
Nasya sadbindu tail से 7 days।
फिर क्षीरवाल तैल से नस्य को continue करे।नस्य के तुरंत बाद सुखी कनक के पत्र या कांड का धूम ले सके तो अच्छा pain कम होगा।
तेज pain attack night में उष्ण विषगर्भ तैल का कर्ण पुरान दे। loop decompress इससे कम हो कर pain कम हो जाएगा।
Daily अल्प उष्ण बला तैल का पिचू दे। attack long duration आएगा।
Daily meditation का अभ्यास करें, इससे stress कम करने में सहायक होगा।

neuralgia is based on pacifying tridosha here the cheif complain is severe pain hence this condition is vata pradhana tridoshaj condition if as prakriti is pittapradha there is predominance of pitta too
Following treatment plan can be followed....
First day sadyovirechan with 30 gm of avipattikar churna and 70 ml of eranhastadi kwath
For consequetive 7 days mukha- bhayang with asanbilvadi taila followed by swedan with panas patra followed by sodhan nasya with karapasthyadi tailam 8 drops in each nostril diet should be vata pitta har like ghrita Audan or ksheer audan along with dashmool kwath
After nasya chikitsa following treatment plan can be followed...
1. Kaval and gandush with arimedadi thailam

जब शिरःशूल severe है, तभी कुछ मीठा खिलाकर रक्तमोक्षण करने से 5 या 10 ml रक्त का निर्हरण होने के बाद pt का शिरःशूल गायब हो जाता है और pt को नींद भी आ जाती है।।

For Trigeminal neuralgia
42 वर्षीय स्त्री रुग्ण, वात पैत्तिक प्रकृति, मध्यम सहननं, जिसे वाम गंड प्रदेश में 2 वर्षों से दाह युक्त पीड़ा होती थी।
रोगी के अनुसार उसे दंत विकार था, जिसे दंत चिकित्सक ने एक साथ 4 दांतो में RCT की। तब से ही उसे ये पीड़ा हो रही थी।
रुग्णा ने इसकी चिकित्सा न्यूरोलॉजिस्ट से करवाई, जिसमें उसे स्टेरॉयड के साथ segitol की मात्रा दिन में 3 बार दी जा रही थी, किन्तु विशेष लाभ नहीं था। इसलिये उसने आयुर्वेद की शरण ली।
निदान- शल्य कर्म जन्य वात प्रकोप
दोष- वात, पित्त
दूष्य- रक्त, मेद
स्थान संश्रय- त्रिक नाड़ी, गंड प्रदेश
चिकित्सा- रेचन, स्नेहन, मृदु स्वेदन,वात पित्त शमन।
औषधि- प्रथम 5 दिन मृदु रेचन।
क्षीरबला तेल अभ्यंग (मृदु स्वेद के साथ) एवं मर्ष नस्य।
विष तिन्दुक वटी,

जटामांसी चूर्ण , मधुयष्टि चूर्ण गोदन्ती भस्म का योग।
प्रथम एक माह।
*रोगी की स्टेरॉयड प्रथम दिन से बंद। segitol की मात्रा कम करते हुए 15 दिन में बंद।*
1 माह बाद रोगी को अभ्यंग और नस्य सतत।
*नस्य हेतु अणु तेल।*
जटामांसी और कणा मूल चूर्ण मिश्री के साथ।
अश्वगंधारिष्ट।
रोगी की चिकित्सा अप्रेल में आरंभ की गई थी।
*2 माह बाद चिकित्सा बंद कर दी गई।*
अक्टूबर माह में रोगी को पुनः दाह की अनुभूति हुई, तो विगत माह से पुनः चिकित्सा शुरू की है। रोगी औषध सेवन करते हुए पूर्ण संतुष्ट है।

मैंने पूर्व की डॉ शशि जिंदल जी की पोस्ट में *भृशं* शब्द *styloid process* विदुर एवं कृकाटिका मर्म का वातज शिरोरोग में उल्लेख किया था ।
The elongated and ossified styloid process compressed lower border of mandibular part of trigeminal Nn with glossopharyngeal nn and facial Nn .
Due this compression the मन्या (कंठ जन्य ) और घाटा ( back of neck) पर इसका प्रभाव दृष्टिगोचर होता है ।
मज्जवह का मूल आचार्य ने अस्थि सन्धि माना है , CNS को मस्तुलुंग कहकर अस्थि इनकी pass out को चिंतन करे तो शायद अनन्तवात पर हम चिंतन कर पाएंगे । शिर (skull including brain) मस्तिष्कीय मज्जा को मस्तुलुंग एवं शेष शरीरगत मज्जा अस्थिनी ही है ।
TN मे Eagle's s Syndrome को समझेंगे तो अनन्तवात के अनन्त स्वरूप शायद कुछ रोशनी की किरण दे दे ।

I don't have any experience of treating TN. But I would like to say the following on this subject.

If TN is the final diagnosis to be treated, then we need to understand the causes mentioned in Modern science. Focus should be made on reducing the compression happening on Trigeminal nerve base and its branches. The compression points must be evaluated by MRI. There may be any blood vessel or maybe any tumor in the brain which is compressing the nerve. Also maybe multiple sclerosis that's damaging myelin sheath which protects the nerves. All above reasons are not in the description of Ayurveda. As Dr Surendra Soni and other Vaidyas said to treat Vata vikruti and Majjadhatu vikruti, it may definitely help. In addition, I would like to draw the attention to treat the Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), Aneurysm and other kinds of granthi/gulma or Arbuda inside the brain, if it is there. Considering above factors will help to explore the possibilities and limitations of treating TN through Ayurveda.

रोगी के अनुसार उसे दंत विकार था, जिसे दंत चिकित्सक ने एक साथ 4 दांतो में RCT की। तब से ही उसे ये पीड़ा हो रही थी।
रुग्णा ने इसकी चिकित्सा न्यूरोलॉजिस्ट से करवाई, जिसमें उसे स्टेरॉयड के साथ segitol की मात्रा दिन में 3 बार दी जा रही थी, किन्तु विशेष लाभ नहीं था। इसलिये उसने आयुर्वेद की शरण ली।

जटामांसी चूर्ण , मधुयष्टि चूर्ण गोदन्ती भस्म का योग।
प्रथम एक माह।
*रोगी की स्टेरॉयड प्रथम दिन से बंद। segitol की मात्रा कम करते हुए 15 दिन में बंद।*
1 माह बाद रोगी को अभ्यंग और नस्य सतत।
*नस्य हेतु अणु तेल।*
जटामांसी और कणा मूल चूर्ण मिश्री के साथ।
अश्वगंधारिष्ट।
रोगी की चिकित्सा अप्रेल में आरंभ की गई थी।
*2 माह बाद चिकित्सा बंद कर दी गई।*
अक्टूबर माह में रोगी को पुनः दाह की अनुभूति हुई, तो विगत माह से पुनः चिकित्सा शुरू की है। रोगी औषध सेवन करते हुए पूर्ण संतुष्ट है।

The elongated and ossified styloid process compressed lower border of mandibular part of trigeminal Nn with glossopharyngeal nn and facial Nn .
Due this compression the मन्या (कंठ जन्य ) और घाटा ( back of neck) पर इसका प्रभाव दृष्टिगोचर होता है ।
मज्जवह का मूल आचार्य ने अस्थि सन्धि माना है , CNS को मस्तुलुंग कहकर अस्थि इनकी pass out को चिंतन करे तो शायद अनन्तवात पर हम चिंतन कर पाएंगे । शिर (skull including brain) मस्तिष्कीय मज्जा को मस्तुलुंग एवं शेष शरीरगत मज्जा अस्थिनी ही है ।
TN मे Eagle's s Syndrome को समझेंगे तो अनन्तवात के अनन्त स्वरूप शायद कुछ रोशनी की किरण दे दे ।

I don't have any experience of treating TN. But I would like to say the following on this subject.

If TN is the final diagnosis to be treated, then we need to understand the causes mentioned in Modern science. Focus should be made on reducing the compression happening on Trigeminal nerve base and its branches. The compression points must be evaluated by MRI. There may be any blood vessel or maybe any tumor in the brain which is compressing the nerve. Also maybe multiple sclerosis that's damaging myelin sheath which protects the nerves. All above reasons are not in the description of Ayurveda. As Dr Surendra Soni and other Vaidyas said to treat Vata vikruti and Majjadhatu vikruti, it may definitely help. In addition, I would like to draw the attention to treat the Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), Aneurysm and other kinds of granthi/gulma or Arbuda inside the brain, if it is there. Considering above factors will help to explore the possibilities and limitations of treating TN through Ayurveda.

मेरा कथन भी आपकी अवधारणा से पृथक नहीं है।
मूल में विकार का प्रभाव कालांतर में शाखा पर भी दृष्टीगोचर होता है।
यही कारण है कि sciatica में प्रारम्भ में केवल compresson है तब तक मज्जा गत विकार नहीं। (संभवतः कफ़वातज भेद ) कालांतर में nerve में degeneration हो जाने पर मज्जागत विकृति मानी जाए, (वातिक भेद) ऐसा मेरा मानना है।
तदनुरूप ही चिकित्सा निर्धारण हो।
